Our journey began when we discovered Ugears, a unique line of wooden mechanical model kits from Ukraine. What started as a personal interest quickly revealed strong market demand, leading us to build a business focused on introducing distinctive products to specialty retailers. Through direct outreach, industry trade shows, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we rapidly expanded our retail network from a handful of stores to hundreds of locations nationwide.
